Over 80% of dogs show signs of periodontal disease, which can lead to serious health issues including heart, liver, and kidney damage. Dental disease is one of the most preventable illnesses in pets, and routine brushing helps support long-term health.
Matting & de-matting policy
Your pet’s comfort and safety always come first. Full-body de-matting, large areas, or pelted coats are not performed. Pelted or heavily matted coats will be charged based on severity, with a $25 minimum fee. Matting brush-outs are charged at $1 per minute.

Gracious Groomer is a one-of-a-kind dog grooming experience, where we aim to provide A+ customer service, and the best overall experience to your dog. We focus on good vibes and positive energy! We can recommend what’s best for your pet so that s/he can feel, look and smell his/her best.
We provide water at all times, and each service comes with a complimentary photo of your pet with a nice backdrop! While being groomed, we will adapt to your dog’s energy and pace, giving your dog as many breaks as needed. We take in a limited amount of dogs per day, in order to focus on each dog’s comfort, safety and quality of the cut.

A professional groomer trained by her sister Grace, with eight years of hands-on experience. Patricia focuses on creating a calm, positive, and comfortable experience for every dog, with attention to detail and gentle handling — treating each pet with patience, care, and respect.

Before you come
Good to know
Where do I take my dog when I arrive?
When you come to my house, there is a door on the left side of my house that leads directly into our salon. Here, you can drop off and pick up your furry-friend, see our salon, and pay for your service directly at the front desk.
Do I wait while my pet is being groomed?
If you would like to wait in your car, there is a large park across from my house. Please do not block the front of my house if you choose to wait, in case other clients are dropping off or picking up. For the safety of your pet, I do not allow pet parents to stay inside with their pets.
How long will my pet be with you?
All times vary based on the pet’s needs and behavior. All pets must be picked up within 30 minutes of completion — a $20 late fee will apply, plus $1/min after 45 minutes. I do not offer doggy daycare services, so long periods of time I cannot accommodate.
What if I am early or late?
If you have arrived early please wait until your appointment time so prior appointments aren’t interrupted. I allow 5 minutes for late arrivals — please notify me if you will be arriving late. All late arrivals after 5 minutes will be automatically canceled and can reschedule. I do not allow exceptions as I book back to back and will not make another client wait. Late arrival reschedules are subject to a 50% service charge and will have to wait for the next available spot.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. Please allow 48 hours to cancel your pet’s appointment to avoid a 50% service fee charge. No cancel / no shows will have to pay the 50% service charge for the missed appointment, and a 50% service charge deposit to rebook.
Do you groom all breeds?
Yes! I also offer maternity grooming until 2 weeks before the due date. I do not groom pets in heat — please call or text to reschedule. Aggressive pets will be sent home, but I would be happy to help you find a groomer who can accommodate your pet’s needs. If your pet has fleas or is infested with ticks, I ask that they be treated before their appointment; I will remove mild ticks as needed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Debit and credit cards, and cash.
Do you kennel my dog?
For the safety of your pet, s/he will be kenneled after the grooming is complete and s/he is awaiting pick up.
